I am the Founder of The Mitred Approach. My career has led me from scientific academia to corporate strategic business development and (almost) everything in between. Let's say that it has been a bit diverse. These diverse experiences have provided me with great experiences and knowledge. Experience and knowledge on how to not do things and on what works. It has equipped me with an ability to look at the complex, break it down into its forms and transform them into growth opportunities.

Through my experiences, and those of others, I have developed a series of frameworks and methods to guide business leaders and teams to realise their full potential.
